Permanent Make-Up
Permanent, or semi-permanent make-up, usually lasts around three to five years. A top up is usually needed at some point during this time, to re-intensify the colour as it gradually fades.
Permanent make-up is not intended to replace heavy make-up, but simply to enhance the natural features of the face. It can be used to correct imperfections - like missing lip colour, thin lips, patchy or bald eyebrows, etc & eyeliner can be a good distraction (to draw attention away) from under eye bags, or other facial imperfections.
Procedure
During the consultation we will discuss shape & colour with you, & answer any questions. We will also carry out a patch test.
The treatment only takes a few minutes but the appointment will last around 90minutes. This is to allow for forms to be completed, final agreement on shape & colour before we begin, & anaestetic to take effect (only a cream anaestetic is used - no injections).
